Header Tabs and Icons:
The MyVectronic header contains the following tabs and icons.
ORDERS tab:
• All your orders are listed here, where you can track their status.
AIRTIMES tab:
• Here you can find your airtime account(s) to switch between them if you manage multiple,
• and manage your airtime account(s), (de)activate device airtime, as well as view transactions.
-icon:
• Here you will find links to the support web form
• and the legal notice.
• You can report issues and
• check the MyVectronic version.
-icon:
• Here you find the email address associated with your MyVectronic account and
• the option to log out.
Airtime account tabs:
Multiple airtime accounts within one MyVectronic account are listed here as tabs from left to right.
Airtime Account side menu:
Here you can manage the following settings for your individual airtime accounts.
Account:
• Enables you to add other users to your airtime account as Financial or Viewer,
• which will then be granted management privileges.
• You can also view stored payment information and
• your balance,
• as well as the total amount of devices.
Devices: (Read more)
• This is where you can (de)activate the device airtime for individual or multiple devices
Transactions: (Read more)
• Provides a cost overview
• that can be broken down into increasingly detailed categories
• which can be exported as Excel spreadsheets in .csv format.
