Assign a collar to an animal

There two options to assign a collar to an animal.

Option 1: Select a collar on the collar page or an animal on the animal page and add the assignment.

Collars and animals are listed in a table on their corresponding pages when you select them. At the end of each table row, you find the “Assign to” icon .

Click on it and select which collar you want to assign to which animal, and a time span in which you want that collar to be assigned to the animal.

Option 2: Go to the collar detail page or the Animal detail page and add the assignment by using the Deployment bar.

You can access the details of a collar or an animal by clicking on the corresponding entry in the table on the Collar page or the Animal page. At the bottom of the detail page, you will find the Deployment bar. Click on the “Assign” button at the right end of the Deployment bar and select which collar you want to assign to which animal, and a time span in which you want that collar to be assigned to the animal.
